DevRecorder offers monthly and annual subscription plans for Pro. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
15-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with DevRecorder Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at:

Please include your email address associated with the purchase and your transaction ID. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be canceled and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to your existing recordings within the Free plan limits (5 recordings, 500 MB storage).
Free Plan
The Free plan does not require any payment and is not eligible for refunds as no charges are made.
Exceptions
Refund requests made after the 15-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse or fraud.
